HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Our policy is to treat our loyal customers the way we would want to be treated. Therefore, stock items that have not been laundered, personalized, used, or worn can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of date of purchase.
FOR REFUNDS:
- Refunds are applied to the original method of payment. - Shipping charges are non-refundable. - PACKAGE DEALS (ie. "The Works"; Hood, Tee, Hat Special; etc.) - If only PART of a package deal is returned (ie. only the t-shirt from "The Works", etc.), all remaining items on your order will be recalculated to reflect their original retail pricing.
FOR EXCHANGES:
- Purchaser is responsible for a $4.00 shipping & handling fee. - Please let us know where you would like the exchange to be shipped.
All returns / exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt / packing slip.
Please indicate on the receipt whether a return or exchange is desired and what action needs to be taken once we receive the item back. (ie. refund, exchange for size / color, etc.)
Also, please include a daytime telephone number in case we have any questions regarding your return.
You are welcome to use whichever shipping method you prefer when returning your items. (ie. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
No COD returns or exchanges are accepted.
We are not responsible for returns & exchanges that do not arrive safely.
