HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED?
Spirit takes returns and/or exchanges, an uncommon occurrence in our industry.
Our policy is to treat our loyal customers the way we would want to be treated. Therefore, items that have not been personalized, used, laundered, or worn may be returned or exchanged within 60 days from date of purchase. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt/packing slip. Please indicate on the receipt whether a return or exchange is desired. Also, please include a daytime phone number in case we have any questions. In the case of exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for $4.00 shipping/handling fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No COD return/exchanges are accepted. Returns/exchanges may be made at our retail store location or by mail.
